The estate

Board-formed concrete and glass above a reflecting pool, with a 1930s Spanish casita retained as a guest house. From the air, the compound, olive grove, and court read as one estate.

La Piedra was completed in 2020 on a ridge east of Cold Spring Road. The main house is board-formed concrete, bronze, and glass, arranged around a 70-foot reflecting pool that mirrors the Santa Ynez range at first light.

The architects kept the property's original 1930s Spanish casita, with its red tile roof and palm courtyard, and restored it as a two-bedroom guest house. A sunken tennis court, an olive grove of sixty trees, and a lap pool complete the compound, which reads as a single estate from the air.

La Piedra is currently previewing for registry members only. Plans, aerials, and the full disclosure package are released after a confirmed viewing request.
