Privacy policy

When you request a viewing, apply to the registry, or write to us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, budget range, areas of interest, the estate you ask about, and anything you write in your message.

Our website also records basic technical information — browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address — through the hosting platform and a spam-protection service (Google reCAPTCHA).

We use your information only to respond to you, arrange and confirm viewings, assess registry applications, and keep you informed about estates you have asked to hear about.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share your identity with sellers or other brokers without your permission.

Your details are seen by Camille Voss and, where necessary to complete a transaction, by the escrow, title, and legal professionals involved in that transaction. Our website and form providers process data on our behalf under contract.

If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for making a request.

We keep registry records for as long as your membership is active and inquiry records for up to seven years, as required for real estate transaction records in California. Information is stored with access limited to Aldercrest Estates.
