Accessibility

We want every visitor to be able to read about our estates and request a viewing. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Text meets AA color contrast against our dark backgrounds. Images carry descriptive alternative text. Pages use a logical heading structure and can be navigated by keyboard. Animations — including the film strips and section reveals — are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Property films shared after a viewing request may not yet include captions or audio description. We will provide a written walkthrough of any property on request.

If any part of this site is difficult to use, call (805) 969-0148 or email camille@aldercrestestates.com. We will respond within two business days and provide the information in a format that works for you.
